Purchasing / Return Policy :

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT provide any refund once orders have been placed.

International inspection standards for identifying non-defective condition:

  • Non-human factors such as growth lines, skin lines, wrinkles, etc.
  • Handmade shoes are slightly asymmetrical
  • Left and right foot lines of embossed leather are inconsistent
  • Please be advice that the item color tone shown online may slightly differ from actual item due to lighting effects, PC monitor's brightness/contrast settings, etc.
  • Repeat of back-stitch sewing thread
  • Spots less than 0.2cm on leather surface
  • Slight excess of adhesive
  • Leather colour change due to exposure to damp or wet conditions eg. sweat, rain, etc.

Shipping & Return Policy

  1. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Buyer takes responsibility if address is wrong.
  2. Items ship out within 2-4 business days within Peninsula Malaysia & 3-5 business days to East Malaysia after payment is received. Expect delays during festive periods & sales promotion period. Buyer must contact us if item is not received within the above mentioned timeframe.
  3. We ship within Malaysia via Pigeon Express or Pos Laju Malaysia
  4. You may track for delivery via https://www.tracking.my/
  5. Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.
  6. All items are quality inspected. We take photos of all items as photo proof before sending out. Please inspect your parcel immediately to ensure no damage once you receive your parcel within 12 hours. Take photo of damage parcel instantly & inspect the item inside for any damages. Email the detail with photo to [email protected]
  7. If you've received the wrong or defective item from us, we shall bare for the return shipping fee & replace you with the correct/new item. You'll need to send it back within 3 business days (Peninsula) or 5 business days (East Malaysia) from the date of receipt. The goods must be in its original condition along with the original invoice using Pos Laju only for orders. Returns without original invoice will not be entertained.
  8. Returns should be sent to Zekkou Marketing (A-10-09, Koi Tropika Condo, Batu 13 1/2 Jalan puchong, 47100 puchong)
  9. Buyer must pay the shipping fee first. We will refund the shipping fee after the item is returned. Customer service will notify delivery details within 3 days. Please provide us below purchase information:

    • Consignment Note / courier receipt, etc
    • Customer’s NRIC
    • Item(s) to be returned
    • Reason for return
    • Customer’s bank & account number

  10. However, if goods are returned after the 7-day period, will not be entertained.
  11. If buyer wants to exchange item due to own mistake eg. size, colour, etc, buyer shall bare for all shipping fees (round trip shipping fees). We will ship the item after receiving the shipping fees. Customer service will notify delivery details within 3 working days. Please provide us below purchase information:

  12. We reserves the right to reject any returns should we find any goods returned in a damaged / altered / used condition based on our discretion.
  13. Please note that ALL clearance or sales items are not refundable.
  14. If shoe box is damaged, buyer is required to pay surcharge for a new box.
  15. We shall replace the goods subject to stock availability. In the event of insufficient stock, we shall contact buyer to enquire whether to wait for pre-order or change colour.
